For ista Express Service GmbH, headquartered in Rastede near Oldenburg, a new company location in Mannheim was planned and implemented.

In Honey Camp, a newly built industrial location for co-working and networking, built in all-wood construction with the latest energy standards, 3 hall segments were taken over for the company in the refined shell and individually expanded for the user needs of Express Service.

In addition to a two-story shelving system, this includes double office units, conference rooms, and retreat areas. The area was planned on the basis of the Corporate Architecture Guideline developed by us, and the development was accompanied until completion.
