Project description

For an internationally operating logistics company, we prepared a concept and feasibility study for a new logistics and industrial park as part of the project planning phase. A self-supporting hall flooded with light – constructed from a timber structure and timber/sandwich modules – is to become the new company location in an industrial park directly on the highway.

In addition to the hall and a possible extension of an area of the same size, there is an employee area with outdoor space on the lake, as well as a charging hub incl. a parking garage. There will also be lounge areas and a restaurant for the public. The electricity required to supply the logistics area and the charging points is generated entirely from solar energy via PV modules on the hall roof.

The hall architecture of the ILogistics and Industrial Park is designed from 4 basic grid modules so that a high degree of prefabrication can take place.

The envisaged start of construction is fall 2023.
