Project description
For ista Express Service GmbH, headquartered in Rastede near Oldenburg, two new business locations in Osnabrück and Hanover were planned and implemented as additional company representative offices.
A total of 3 hall segments were taken over for the company in the refined shell and individually expanded for the user needs of Express Service, in Hanover 2x hall segments, in Osnabrück 1x hall segment, which is two-story.
In addition to a two-story shelving system, double office units, conference rooms and retreat facilities were implemented at both locations. The areas were planned based on the Corporate Architecture Guideline developed by us, and the extensions were supervised until completion. New commercial locations in Osnabrück and Hanover.
