Project description

For Mercedes-Benz STERNAUTO, we planned and accompanied the implementation of the new brand architecture, based on the retail concept MAR2020 designed by GRAFT Architects in cooperation with the company Heinrich Schmid, through an extensive reconstruction at the Dresden location.

As part of the extensive reconstruction, we redesigned the delivery and exhibition areas for Mercedes (on the ground floor/1st floor) and AMG (on the upper floor), in addition to creating a newly designed customer waiting/contact zone with a hospitality area, as well as service and consulting areas, and expanding the back office. The combination of design and layout, newly created consulting/conversation areas, and the incorporation of digital elements in consulting, sales, and service creates a new kind of brand experience at the dealership.

Our office was responsible for the entire planning and execution of the project.
